This chip features 4-bit ECC logic, operates from 2.7-3.6V, comes in an 8x6mm WSON package, and is industrially rated to operate in between -40 and 80 degrees Celsius. The memory array of this product implements the industry standard serial interface but adopted the same cell architecture as the parallel NAND, making this ideal for a multitude of Flash applications.
