RZC3617CF is a high-performance switching power supply secondary-side synchronous rectification controller integrated circuit. It can easily build a low-voltage, high-current switching power supply system that meets CoC V5 and DoE VI energy efficiency in applications. It is an ideal ultra-low conduction voltage drop rectification device solution and is compatible with CCM/DCM/QR modes. The chip integrates full-time waveform tracking function, which can support switching frequency applications up to 200KHz and multiple switching power supply working mode applications. It can automatically and quickly turn on or off the internal integrated LowRdsON MOSFET device at the edge of each waveform conversion of the switching power supply. Its extremely low conduction voltage drop is used to achieve conduction losses far less than those of Schottky diodes, greatly improving the conversion efficiency of the system and greatly reducing the temperature of the rectification device. It can easily realize low-voltage, high-current switching power supply applications. The chip also has built-in high-voltage direct detection technology, which greatly expands the scope of use. The highly integrated circuit design makes the chip peripheral circuit extremely simple. RZC3617CF provides SOP8 packaging.
